In March of 2017 we held our annual Brand Standards & Best Practices Meetings for franchisees and their employees. This year we decided to have several smaller meetings with smaller groups so we could focus on the new Servman Mobile Android program. The intimate hands-on training was a success, and the new program had rave reviews! This year’s meetings also included information on our NEW customer financing program, our franchisee portal that is now open to all franchisees, and customer service tips and tricks to implement in the field this coming spring season!

This March we also held an extensive training for our office staff. We reviewed franchise updates and advertising, new customer promotions, updates in Servman, and customer service tips and tricks to utilize this spring season. We discussed the importance of teamwork and emphasized that synergy among all departments will help us provide the unmatched quality customer service that Pacific is known for. We are geared up and ready for a productive, rewarding, and successful 2017 spring season!
