Cops find truck in hit-and-run of NYPD cadet

The tractor trailer was found Monday afternoon, hours after the 6 a.m. accident near the corner of 28th Ave. and Ulmer St. in Flushing, police said. The driver of the truck told cops he had no idea he had hit the woman before driving off.
