Cashless tolling kicks in this weekend at 2 NYC bridges

Cashless tolling is starting this weekend for the last two New York City bridges with toll booths that still accept cash. Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Wednesday that cashless tolling will be implemented starting at 3 a.m. Saturday at the Bronx-Whitestone and Throgs Neck bridges.

MD: Bike Racks Coming to Bx23, Q50 Buses Next Spring, MTA Says

Sept. 18--The MTA is reviving a bus-mounted bike rack pilot the agency ended more than a year ago, amNewYork has learned. Bike racks will be added to Bx23 buses next spring as well as the Q50, giving cyclists an option to cross the Whitestone Bridge along a bus route running from Flushing, Queens, to Co-op City in the Bronx, according to MTA spokesman Kevin Ortiz.

Pacific Lawn Sprinklers is READY FOR SPRING!

To say that Pacific Lawn Sprinklers is ready for the 2018 Spring Season would be an understatement! Earlier this month Pacific held their annual team meeting for all office staff and technicians, and what a turn out it was! There was a sea of blue “Pacific” shirts in their Queens training facility, with over 100 people in attendance. Further, the parking lot was full of their bright yellow service trucks. The energy level was high, as all team members were eager to get back to work and continue doing what they do best – offering unmatched, “ON TIME OR ON US” customer service.
