We endorse Elizabeth Crowley for City Council in the 30th District

Liz Crowley is as responsive to community concerns as any City Council representative there is, and she has been fair when spreading capital dollars for improvements throughout the district. The massive sewer projects in response to the flooding in Glendale and Middle Village are a hallmark, and Crowley was able to help Maspeth successfully fight the ill-conceived plan by the mayor to take over a hotel in the area as a full-service homeless shelter.

We can understand why- service contracts often have exclusions and stipulations, you can end up paying for services you don’t actually need, and the level of quality customer service usually decreases over time. Maintenance service contracts often include spring turn on and winterization visits, monthly inspections and service visits.

More and more frequently, water companies are mandating that the backflow preventer on your irrigation system be tested once a year to ensure its proper operation.
