Howell man identified as driver killed in Route 18 car crash

Michael Lyon was driving a 2005 black Nissan Xterra southbound on Route 18 when it left the roadway, crashed into trees and overturned, Marlboro police Capt. Frederick Reck said.

Monmouth County residents to vote on school bond referendums
