A 37-year-old Budd Lake man was indicted Tuesday for the death of a Lake Hopatcong mother of two who overdosed on fentanyl he allegedly sold her. Kayron "Keys" Jackson, also known as Alkama Jackson, was indicted by a Morris County grand jury on 18 counts, including first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically fentanyl, and additional possession and distribution charges of fentanyl and heroin between April 24 and May 8 in Mount Olive and Hopatcong.
