Schools chancellor meets with District 24 parents

Schools Chancellor Carmen Farina visited PS 199 in Sunnyside last Thursday night for a town hall with local parents. Farina answered questions on a variety of education issues, including expanding Gifted and Talented classes, addressing overcrowded classrooms, and helping students with disabilities.
