UPDATE 6-Oil slips, erases gains as U.S. crude draw shy of API report

Oil prices dipped in see-saw trade on Wednesday, hitting their highest in more than two years and then retreating after weekly U.S. government inventory data showed the latest crude stock draw was not as big as an industry trade group had reported. Stamford employee charged with bilking Darien store

A city woman working as a cashier at a Darien running shop was charged with allegedly running a refund scam at the store. Monefa Hamilton, 28, of Commons Park South, Stamford, was charged with second-degree larceny and released after posting a $25,000 court appearance bond.
