To say that Pacific Lawn Sprinklers is ready for the 2018 Spring Season would be an understatement! Earlier this month Pacific held their annual team meeting for all office staff and technicians, and what a turn out it was! There was a sea of blue “Pacific” shirts in their Queens training facility, with over 100 people in attendance. Further, the parking lot was full of their bright yellow service trucks. The energy level was high, as all team members were eager to get back to work and continue doing what they do best – offering unmatched, “ON TIME OR ON US” customer service.
The annual agenda included information on new advances in the irrigation industry, WIFI/ Satellite Controllers, new customer promotions and offers, the importance of quality customer service both in the field and from the office, technician awards, team building exercises, and much more. One of the most notable parts of the annual meeting was the comradery among all members of the team. From the customer service representatives to the service technicians, every team member was excited to be there. It takes hard work, dedication and continued training to remain the leading name in irrigation. This annual team meeting clearly demonstrated that Pacific is up to the task! As Pacific continues to grow and expand the territories they service (they recently opened a service location in the Columbus Ohio area) we are excited for what the future holds.
