• 22-Point Quality Control Checklist
  No landscape lighting system is completed until the Pacific Lights 22-Point Quality Control inspection has been conducted. Pacific Lights keeps to their strict measure of high quality work by conducting a 22-point inspection at the end of each exterior lighting installation. This ‘checklist’ allows the foreman or supervisor to ensure that the quality of products and work performed meets the Pacific Lights standards of high quality workmanship and to ensure another satisfied customer.
  
  

Service / Maintenance of Your Night Lights

• Annual Maintenance
  Pacific Lights recommends one annual maintenance visit to keep your low voltage system in peek performance. During the visit a skilled outdoor lighting technician will clean and adjust all lighting fixtures for proper focus to enhance lighting affect. Spraying of sockets and lamp with a di-electric grease to extend the life of the lighting fixture and the bulb. Trimming and minor pruning around light fixtures. Reset all timers and sensor for desired lighting.

• Full Bulb Replacement Option
  This option extends your bulb warranty for a full year on all lamps. When a single bulb burns out it causes and extra load to be placed on the other bulbs which results in premature lamp failure. Signing up for this option offers you a discounted price on all bulbs and fixtures.
