Today Pacific Lawn Sprinklers has a staff that reaches over 50 people. The management is solely headed by the Dellafiora Brothers (Stephen, Peter and John). Our staff of family related supervisors oversee and coordinate our account base that numbers over 5000. Pacific maintains a full time qualified mechanic to service the company's fleet and numerous pieces of power equipment.


Pacific operates from storage and dispatching facilities in both Glen Head and Rockville Centre, Long Island with the corporate offices located in College Point, Queens. Having facilities closer to our clients' properties enables us to deliver better service and competitive pricing. The employees of Pacific Lawn Sprinklers are the company's greatest resource. The Dellafiora Family "takes care" of their staff in many ways, and receives unprecedented loyalty in return. We insist on quality and the result is a level of productivity and a pride of workmanship that is unusual in the industry.

In order to maintain our rapid response to customer inquiries, the Pacific customer service department is equipped with an advanced computerized routing system.


As service requests are received by phone, they are logged into the company's computer system and immediately dispatched to the appropriate staff member for follow- up. In addition, all supervisors, foremen and service technicians travel with 2-way radios, and have immediate access to the office and the owners. Should customer needs arise outside of normal company hours, Pacific maintains a system for 24 hour emergency service to handle unusual situations in a prompt and professional manner.
